OUR IMPACT PARTNERS
The digital platform Brain-of-Materials facilitates the research and comparability of material properties, supports digital development and design processes in value chains, and helps manufacturers of Cradle to Cradle materials to find partners and customers.
Carlisle Construction Materials GmbH offers solutions for waterproofing systems for roofs, buildings and façades. In addition to the classic quality features such as the functional properties of the materials, sustainability features such as durability, environmentally friendly properties, energy efficiency and the possibility of reuse are also included.
One focus of the real estate developer is building according to Cradle to Cradle criteria. The company provides support primarily through planning and process consulting for new buildings or renovations in accordance with C2C.
Filamente is a team of designers with a focus on exhibition design and knowledge transfer. The team plans sustainable and inclusive exhibitions according to Cradle to Cradle and interactive exhibits and media for public clients from the federal and state governments as well as museums and universities.
We plan and realize regenerative projects in existing buildings according to C2C criteria. GLAPOR is a pioneer in the production of cellular glass panels made from 100% recycled glass. Supplemented with cellular glass gravel, they offer combined knowledge and combinable systems of both products and thus sustainable, deconstructable and highly engineered insulation materials made of cellular glass. They want to promote an understanding of the concept of “circular construction” worldwide.
The socio-ecological GLS Bank is a pioneer for sustainable companies and projects. The cooperative bank supports forward-looking developments and thus contributes to social transformation.
Graadwies develops, plans and manages projects with social, ecological and cultural added value. Their field of work ranges from classic project planning as general planners or architects, through project development and management, to consulting, research and teaching. Since its foundation in 1989, gugler* has been deeply committed to sustainability. The architectural firm herrmann+bosch architekten has been committed to sustainable building since it was founded in 1978 and has set trendsetting impulses early on. For us, C2C is an important design concept that serves as the intellectual basis for the development of all our projects.
Holzius is one of the market leaders in consistently ecological solid timber house construction and has set itself the goal of creating healthy living spaces. As a provider of a complete glue- and metal-free solid timber construction system (Cradle to Cradle Certified®️ GOLD), holzius offers natural, technical solutions for the challenges of solid timber construction in various building typologies up to Gkl 5.
Based on the mindset of “circular thinking”, HPP Architekten develop building concepts in the greatest possible harmony with the planet, resources and climate. Launched in 2017, the pilot timber hybrid office building The Cradle in Düsseldorf is an exemplary project that follows the cradle-to-cradle principle with a holistic approach to sustainability.
Kadawittfeldarchitektur has been designing and realizing innovative, sustainable buildings and districts on all scales with a focus on the common good for 25 years. The symbiosis of creative care and high sustainability goals creates cross-generational, long-lasting added value with identity.
At KEMPEN KRAUSE INGENIEURE, we focus on circular planning: we take a holistic approach to new-build and refurbishment projects, from planning and operation through to conversion and demolition. To this end, we advise clients from phase zero (LP 0) and develop sustainable targets according to the cradle-to-cradle principle.

The think tank and innovator promotes ideas and projects according to binding ecological, economic and social criteria. Next Incubator’s strategy is always based on the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.
The wood-based material from NOVO-TECH is Cradle to Cradle-certified. It undergoes a technical cycle, is extremely material-healthy, robust, durable and therefore ideally suited for sustainable construction of many outdoor applications, such as terraces, fences and house facades of the megawood® brand.
Peiner Träger GmbH is one of the most successful European steel companies and supplies a comprehensive full range of beam and column profiles made of steel in all grades. The company has been producing via the low-emission electric furnace route with 100% scrap recycling since 1996 and has been offering sectional steel and beams made from low-CO2 SALCOS®️ Structural Steel with emissions in production of just 366 kg CO₂e per tonne since 2023.

TRIQBRIQ AG produces and distributes the TRIQBRIQ recyclable timber construction system. The solid timber construction system consists of micro-modular timber building blocks – the so-called BRIQs. Troldtekt manufactures acoustic and wall panels according to C2C criteria. They are fully biodegradable and increase the soil’s ability to absorb nutrients during composting.

Vögeli AG is an innovative, medium-sized family business in its fourth generation.
It specializes in innovative, sustainable means of communication – printed and digital.
In the printing sector, Vögeli AG is the first company in the world to receive Cradle to Cradle Certified Gold certification for its products in 2015. This includes all means of communication from magazines, brochures, catalogs, cards, calendars, direct mailings to packaging.
