Day 1 is about the basics. We look at the C2C design concept in detail and illustrate it with best practice examples. Through various inputs we create a common foundation to go deeper into the technical topics. Day 2 is all about doing and you will go through a design thinking process. In an interactive format we take up your questions and work out possible solutions. The goal of this day is to encourage and enable you to implement C2C in your work area and to work on your concrete questions. We gladly coordinate these with you in detail in advance.
