HOW WE WORK<\/h2>\n

Since 2012 we have been working at full speed and with great pleasure to make Cradle to Cradle better known: in civil society, in politics, science and business. With success: Our NGO is growing, we are better and better networked and the response from the public is constantly increasing. This is not only ensured by our employees in the head office and our almost 1000 active employees in German-speaking countries, but also by our voluntary board of directors. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

In the C2C LAB<\/a>, our head office, we work together according to the New Work principle. In practice, this means: We work on a basis of trust, have flexible working hours and organizational structures as well as flat hierarchies, promote digitization and repeatedly deal with management styles. A modern cooperation, which is characterized by appreciation, is extremely important to us. <\/p>\n
